• Sturdy Construction: The main frame is made of high-quality, high-tensile steel, ensuring excellent strength and longevity. The main beam height is 500mm, with a 6mm web plate, designed to handle heavy loads effectively. The side beams are made of 14# channel steel, providing further support and durability. The floor of the trailer uses a 3mm checked plate, offering superior resistance to wear and tear.
• Efficient Container Transport: This flatbed semi-trailer is designed to accommodate 1 x 40′ container, 2 x 20′ containers, and 1 x 20′ container simultaneously, using 12 twist locks for secure cargo handling. The lifting axle feature on the 1st axle allows for efficient weight distribution when the trailer is partially loaded, improving performance and fuel efficiency.
• Advanced Braking System: The trailer is equipped with a 2-line air braking system featuring WABCO emergency relay valves and braking chambers. The system includes 4 stored chambers (T30/30) on the front 2 axles, providing reliable and responsive braking even when transporting heavy loads.
• Air Suspension System: The trailer features air suspension, offering superior ride comfort, load distribution, and durability. The air suspension system is designed to withstand heavy loads, making it ideal for long-distance and rough terrain transportation.
• Durability and Corrosion Protection: The chassis of the trailer undergoes a rigorous shot-blasting process to SA 2.5 grade, followed by a three-layer coating system. The first layer is an international zinc epoxy primer (30 microns DFT), followed by a polyurethane undercoat (40 microns DFT), and a final alkyd topcoat. The total paint thickness is 80 microns, providing exceptional protection against corrosion and wear.
• Electrical and Lighting Systems: The trailer is equipped with a 24V electrical system, ensuring compatibility with most international standards. The lighting system includes parking, stop, reverse, number plate, and indicator lights, with rear lights conforming to European standards. Reflectors are installed at the rear, front, and sides to enhance visibility.
• Landing Gear and Kingpin: The trailer uses JOST TSU 28T landing gear, with one-side operation, ensuring stable and easy positioning. The kingpin is a 2″ JOST bolted type, offering reliable coupling with the tractor.
